      We are the “news kids on the block”

      Barkmore Homes builds manufactured homes, including tiny homes (RVPM) at licensed facilities in Tennessee and Florida.

      Our park models are built strong and approved under the ANSI code.

      Although we are new to the manufactured housing industry, our builder has built residential homes for 30 years, and all of our contractors are licensed and insured.

      As we grow, we plan to offer six floor plans each with varying options within each floor plan. Our initial home as shown in this flyer has three floor plans with multiple color and style choices.

      Our Mission

      Our mission is to provide you an alternative home source which is sustainable, environmentally conscious, and encourage small living while creating comfortable and efficient structures.

      Our Goal

      To establish a strong relationship with dealers in the Florida and Tennessee areas by working together as partners and understanding there is some responsibility for their each other’s profitability.

      Florida

      Our distribution center is based in Manatee County, the plant is just storing homes at this time.

      Tennessee

      The plant is in Servier County. It is not open for tours yet but within the next year, we are hoping the offer tours and hold annual meetings with key executives.
